The past 25th of November the members of New Generations Supercars and Ferrari enthusiasts were able to gather at the Castell de San Marçal (Sant Cugat, Barcelona) for the test drive of two super cars of the Italian brand, the Ferrari Portofino M and the Ferrari Roma.
The Ferrari Portofino M, which features the legendary ‘M’ suffix, for Modificata, in its name, is the evolution of the Ferrari Portofino. The new Prancing Horse 2+ spider boasts a slew of new technical and design features, most notably an 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox and a five-position Manettino, an absolute first for a Ferrari GT convertible.
Also the Ferrari Roma, the new mid-front-engined 2+ coupé of the Prancing Horse, which features refined proportions and timeless design combined with unparalleled performance and handling. It has a distinctive flair and style, the car is a contemporary representation of the carefree, pleasurable way of life that characterised Rome in the 1950s and ‘60s.
They both have an V8 engine and a maximum power of 620 cv.
An unforgettable experience for all the participants where they were able to get to know these spectacular cars in depth on the curvy road of the Rabassada. Each car with its professional instructor was able to get out the best their car and get to know better the cavallino rampante they were driving. At the end of the test drive we all enjoyed a nice breakfast together, courtesy of the Ferrari team.
